We come across this quote so often and laugh about it. It is totally relatable. Taking care of ourselves is of vital importance in today’s fast paced world and personal counselling can provide us that window which can bring in some fresh air to make sense of the things around us.
We face a multitude of challenges and pressures in our personal and professional lives, leading to emotional distress and anxiety.
